Everist, Incorporated (L.G. Everist or LGE), as Permittee/Operator is submitting an <br /> Acreage Release Request to the Colorado Division of Minerals, Reclamation,and Safety for release of 8.8 acres <br /> which you own, from our DRMS Permit#M-1999-120, Fort Lupton Sand &Gravel Mine. (When L.G. Everist, Inc. <br /> amended this land into the Fort Lupton Sand&Gravel Permit,we still owned the land.) <br /> The 8.8 acres is your Parcel 131125101001, and is located in Section 25,Township 2N, Range 67 West, with an <br /> address of 11586 County Road 18, Fort Lupton, CO 80621. (see attached Parcel map for reference.) <br /> The parcel is currently within the overall Fort Lupton Sand &Gravel Mine permit area, but has not been disturbed <br /> by the mining operation, and was always expected to remain a property with agricultural residence, outbuildings, <br /> and driveways/accesses. (see attached Exhibit F: Reclamation Plan Map, showing the 8.8 acres to be released.) <br /> We recently realized that we had not requested to get these 8.8 acres released from the DRMS permit after you <br /> bought the land. As the landowners, the DRMS will want to be sure that you would like to have your land <br /> released from the permit, so we are sending this notice and acknowledgement letter to you to simplify the acreage <br /> release process for all of us. We will include this letter in our submittal to the DRMS,with your <br /> acknowledgements that you would like to have your land removed from our DRMS permit. <br /> After reviewing this letter and attachments, please acknowledge the bottom of the letter,and return it to me.
