(e) Major components of the mining operation. <br /> Access to the Quarry will be from BLM Road 8460. The upgraded BLM- designated <br /> administrative access road will lead to the northwest corner of the Quarry. The road will be <br /> 12 feet wide with a design speed limit of 10 miles per hour. The 3,000 feet long access road <br /> will have a security gate located where it intersects with BLM Road 8460. BLM Road <br /> 8460 will remain open to the public during and after mining <br /> During the Production Phase - The equipment to be used at the Quarry will include but not <br /> be limited to the equipment listed below. <br /> • Two excavators <br /> • flatbed truck <br /> • Boom Truck <br /> • Air compressor <br /> • Jumbo drill <br /> • Skid loaders <br /> • Forklifts <br /> • Wire saw <br /> • Diamond floor saw <br /> • Jack hammers <br /> • Hydraulic Splitter <br /> The Yard will be a 125 foot wide by 150 foot long plot of land above the Brown Stone <br /> Quarry. The yard will be the central distribution location for the limestone. Rock is <br /> received from the quarry, snapped, cut and sawn to size,palletized for shipping, and <br /> loaded onto haul trucks to deliver the stone. Trucks will be weighed at the truck scales <br /> located at the United Companies Gypsum Pit 11589 Hwy 6, Gypsum, CO or other <br /> suitable commercial scale. <br /> The Yard: List of equipment may include; <br /> • Mobile office/security guard trailer <br /> • Forklift/loader <br /> • Equipment and temporary stone storage area <br /> • Yard will be fenced <br /> • Internet dish <br /> • Electricity <br /> • Do not need an access road <br /> • Diamond wire saw <br /> • Water storage tanks (plastic) <br /> • Hydraulic stone cutters <br /> • Overhead crane <br /> • No permanent facilities or structures <br />
