Amendment (AM-1) Amendment Application Please be advised that on May 16, 2024, Connell Resources, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 7785 Highland Meadows Pkwy. Ste 100, Fort Collins, CO 80528; (970) 223-3191, filed an application for a/an Amendment (AM- 1) to M1999050, Timnath Connell Pit, which is located approximately 0 miles of Timnath, Section 3, Township 6N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer County. Change the final post-mining land use from Developed Water Resources to Residential, Industrial/Commercial, and Developed Water Resources. Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Joel Renfro at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 866-3567 x 8147. Connell Resources, Inc. is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
