These areas are located within the southwest quarter of Section 25, Township <br /> 3N, Range 64W, Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. The total area is <br /> approximately 30.55 acres. <br /> Maps: The attached site map (Figure 1) identifies the areas requested for bond release as well as <br /> the permit boundary, and bond release status of other areas within the permit boundary. <br /> Dates of Reclamation Work: The Reclamation Areas included in this application were backfilled <br /> and graded. Each area was seeded in the year presented in Table 1 using the approved seed mixture <br /> in the Keenesburg Mine permit. All reclamation activities were carried out as required in the <br /> permit. Phase I bond release was granted for Areas 23 and 29 in 2004 with SL-02 and for Areas 30 <br /> and 31 in 2014 with SL-07. Phase II bond release was granted for Areas 23 and 29 in 2010 with <br /> SL-05 and for Area 31 in 2019 with SL-10. Area 30 has not yet received Phase II bond release but <br /> has met the Phase II requirements as demonstrated in this application. In 2019, DRMS approved <br /> the combination of Areas 23 and 29 for vegetation success sampling.
