5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, <br /> trenches,waste piles, drill pads and collar areas of underground workings,ponds, etc. <br /> Equipment : truck mounted drill , skid steer for road repair and clean up, Pick up truck for support vehicle. <br /> Description of work:Two track trails in open areas and on existing roads, witn repair of washed areas <br /> preventing access. Total road repair with blade disturbance will be less than 10 feet by 100 feet <br /> cumulative, 1,000sq. feet total Drill pads will be smoothed with minimal topsoil disturbance 10feet by ten <br /> feet=100sq. feet. X20 pads =2,000sq feet. Total disturbance roads and pads = 3,000 sq feet. Drill pads <br /> will have tarp laid out over area with metal plates or tubs to catch cuttings. <br /> Clean up: Drill cuttings will be gathered and returned into dry hole. Excess drill cuttings will be taken to the <br /> Prince Albert mine site to be used for underground roadways. <br /> No water has been encountered in previous drilling. <br /> Radioactive ore samples will be taken to the Prince Albert Mine site and handled as ore to be shipped. <br /> 6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, <br /> including anticipated number of holes, diameter, depth, location, etc. Submit additional <br /> pages if necessary: <br /> A.
