3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> A shovel and bucket will be used to salvage topsoil in the path of the vertical drill hole <br /> to a depth of 6 inches. I he topsoil disturbance will be less than 1 foot in diameter.
