Rimrock Exploration and Development, Inc. ® cEov <br /> 3010 Bookcliff Ave 12'1 <br /> Grand Junction, CO 81504 <br /> February 6, 2023 <br /> Montrose County Commissioners RECEIVED <br /> MAY 0 2 2024 <br /> RE: Exploration drilling <br /> DIVISION OF RECCAMAT 0., <br /> MINING AND SAFTEY <br /> This letter is to inform you per Colorado Division of Mining and Reclamation rules that Rimrock <br /> Exploration will be conducting exploratory drilling beginning in April 2024. <br /> The drilling will be in two separate localities. <br /> The first locality will be on Club Mesa above the old town of Uravan, on the South side T48N, R17W, <br /> Sections 31 and 32. <br /> Many hundreds of drill holes already exist on Club Mesa. Approximately twenty sites will be accessed <br /> from Montrose County road U16 approximately one mile west of EE22.There are already many existing <br /> drill access roads from U16 and there are no plans to create any new access roads there. Previous <br /> drilling indicates all holes will be dry with a maximum depth of approximately 300 feet. <br /> The second Locality is on the Yellow Bird bench below Wray Mesa.T47N, R19W, Sections 13 and 14. <br /> Approximately 10 sites will be accessed from Montrose County roads Y1 and Z2.There are already many <br /> drill roads and drill holes in the area and access roads exist from these roads.There are no plans to <br /> create any new access roads there.
