Please clarify who the owner of this <br />structure is. <br />c. Country Road (CR) 346, culverts and a portion of I-70 westbound and wildlife <br />fencing are within 200 feet of the affected lands. Please obtain a structure <br />agreement from CDOT <br />d. Structure agreement for Excel Energy – High pressure gas line was included in <br />the package. The permit application indicated that this feature is beyond 200 <br />ft and thus no agreement is required. <br />All bonding requirements have been met. Please note that that the current bond expires <br />7/1/2024. The transfer must be completed prior to the bond termination in order for the Division <br />to accept the replacement financial warranty. <br />Please return the required documentation to the Division before June 8, 2024. All completed <br />permit documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer <br />of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application may be <br />denied after the 60 day submittal request, if requested documents or information are not <br />received.
