<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: April 16, 2024 <br /> <br />TO: Sedgwick County Commissioners <br />County Commissioner <br />315 Cedar St #220 <br />Julesburg, CO 80737 <br /> <br />RE: Sedwick County Road and Bridge Laster Pit, File No. M-2024-005 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 16, 2024, Sedgwick County, whose address and telephone number are 223 S.Cedar <br />St., Julesburg, CO 80737; (970) 474-3576, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation <br />operation, at or near Section 10, Township 11N, Range 44W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Sedgwick County. Please <br />be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will <br />be reclaimed to support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for July <br />15, 2024. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Sedgwick County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2024005 in the “Permit No” field.
