The bond release application was found complete by this Division on April 1, 2024. Elk <br />Ridge Mining and Reclamation LLC is submitting an application for Phase I, II, and III <br />performance bond release for five backfill monitor monitoring wells and seven exploratory drill <br />holes. The surface ownership is private, and the coal mined was private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
