This form is not intended for reporting of possible violations or illegal activity. Please be as specific
as possible.
Comment/Objection Narrative *
I am against permitting the mill for many reasons. The route that they plan to use is a primary access point for
recreation used by bicycles, pedestrians, tour groups and individuals and I believe heavy truck traffic will affect
their experience and create hazards. Even if the loads are covered, the dust stirred up by the trucks as well as
their exhaust will be noticeable and could pose potential health risks. CJK states there will only be 20 trucks a
day, but does that include the empty trucks? If not the number of trips will be 40 per day. I believe the trucks
would be a dangerous nuisance and that they would be detrimental to our quality of life and tourist based
economy.
Permit Number*
Enter valid letter and then numbers, for example M1977999, M1999777UG or C1981201.
M1990057
Permitting Action Type
i Select revision type or leave blank if comment pertains to a new permit application or NOI
Permit Type
County
Lake
Enter one county only
Site Name
Perm ittee/ Operator Name
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
