Welte: <br /> <br />On March 27, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Permit Conversion application submitted to the Division on November 27, 2023, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />The CN-1 application requests an increase to the permit area from 9.8 acres to 15.8 acres. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Permit Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1985-203. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1985-203 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />Please be advised that you are still required to submit an annual report, map and fee on the <br />anniversary date of your permit each year.
