The pond held water at the time of the inspection
and appeared stable. The Section 28 pond which is accessible from a light-use road off of State Highway 13 was
inaccessible.

Collom Pit

Collom currently has five ditches constructed; D1, D2, D3, D4 and D6. A portion of ditches D1, D2, D3 and D6
were inspected based on visibity from vantage points and areas that were accessible. D1, D2 and D3 are well
armored with rip rap while D6 is approved as a bare channel. The areas observed along the noted ditches showed
no signs of erosion or issues.

All ponds associated with the Collom Pit were inspected. This includes Section 25, Section 26, Section 36, Middle
and Sidehill Ponds. Section 36, Section 25 and Middle Pond run in serious with each other and collect runoff from
the eastern portion of disturbance from the Collom Pit. Each of these ponds held water with each pond observed
discharging. The Sidehill and Section 26 ponds run in series with each other as well and receive runoff from the
western portion of the Collom Pit. Both ponds held water but the Sidehill was minimal. Section 26 Pond was
inspected from above along Ditch D1 and while Section 26 Pond held water, it could not be determined if
discharge was occurring. From above, the slumping located above Section 26 pond continues to show no signs of
additional movement. All Collom Ponds were stable and no issues were observed.
