Overall, the ditch was snow covered <br />however there was no major signs of erosion or cutting observed along the ditch. The Taylor Trib, East Taylor and <br />Buckskin Draw were inaccessible due to ground conditions. <br /> <br />The West Pit and Eat Taylor Pond were inaccessible at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />East Pit <br /> <br />Section 15 and the Final East Pit Ditch were observed from the in-pit haul road. Overall, the ditches were snow <br />covered with limited visibility. <br /> <br />The Streeter and Propsect Pond were inspected. Each pond is accessed from the State Highway 13. The Streeter
