March 21, 2024 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine ZTT <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br /> Excavation/haul on top of South Taylor Spoil Pile for backfill operations. <br /> <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE – Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />The Taylor Fill was inspected. The face of the slope is entirely snow covered however no major signs of erosion or <br />concerns were observed. <br /> <br />The Collom Temporary Spoil Pile continues construction as the Collom Pit continues to progress in depth. Current <br />spoil stockpiling is occurring along the southern portion of the footprint above the Collom Pit. The approved <br />disturbance footprint was inspected along the northern extent with no issues observed. The area is encompassed by <br />a large berm to ensure spoil is contained within the approved disturbance boundary of the spoil pile.
