That Tamrock Gravel LLC is empowered to acquire any <br /> permits for mining on this property with or before the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br /> 4. If mining occurs within 200 feet of any structure owned <br /> by Brent & Tamara Tamburelli, Tamrock Gravel LLC has agreed to <br /> repair, replace or compensate them for any damage to the structure <br /> caused by mining. <br /> 5.
