EXHIBIT M <br /> OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED <br /> 1 . No Air Pollution permit will be needed for this reclamation <br /> only permit . All operations have ceased. <br /> 2 . A Use by Special Review permit was obtained from Las Animas <br /> in 2013 . <br /> 3 . This is a open pit operation and ground water will not be <br /> exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is not <br /> needed. <br /> 4 . A dredge fill permit (404) is not required at this time <br /> because waters of the U.S . will not be impacted. If wetland <br /> areas are mined we will obtain the necessary permit . <br /> 5 . A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) may be necessary for this <br /> pit if there is discharge from the mined area. <br /> 6.
