EXHIBIT D <br /> MINING PLAN AND TIMETABLE <br /> Unless specifically discussed below, the methods described and <br /> approved in the original permit application and the Mining Plan will <br /> remain unchanged just the sizes of the Affected Areas were adjusted <br /> to reflect the change. Map Exhibit C shows the current permit area <br /> and the areas being added to the permit . This map has been revised <br /> to show existing conditions where all sloping is complete in the <br /> mining area and is ready for final reclamation. <br /> This Amendment is to add 3. 14 acres to the permit area that was <br /> previously disturbed but will not be mined. Mining has ended and <br /> this is a Reclamation only permit request. <br /> The areas added are along the South side of the existing Affected <br /> Lands/Permit area plus the Road Corridor that contains an improved <br /> road, a scale house foundations and material stockpiles owned by the <br /> landowner. None of these areas will be mined. <br /> PROPOSED CHANGES <br /> The addition of the Road Corridor, a non mining area, will include <br /> the western section of the haul road, included are a scale <br /> house/scale foundations and a private material stock pile area. <br /> This area will remain as is with the same uses when reclaimed at the <br /> request of the Landowners who own the items. <br /> Mining or extraction of material has ended and reclamation is taking <br /> place.
