Box 440 <br />Rapid City, SD 57709 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Munroe Gypsum Quarry - File No. M-1977-002-HR <br /> Colorado Lien Company <br /> Technical Revision (TR-3) <br /> Technical Revision No. 3 - Revision to Mining Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Michael Golliher: <br /> <br />On April 1, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on November 3, 2023, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />This Technical Revision is to formalize the Affected Area boundaries and increase maximum total <br />disturbed area at any one time from 9.9 acres to 15 acres. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1977-002-HR. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-002-HR remain <br />in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The revised liability amount exceeds the financial warranty currently held (see below), please submit <br />additional bond or a rider to your existing bond that equals or exceeds the Revised Liability. The <br />revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. <br /> <br /> <br />Bond Held: $35,300.00 <br />Prior Liability: $35,584.00 <br />Change in Liability: $141,467.00 <br />Revised Liability: $177,051.00 <br />Prior Permit Acreage: 240.00 <br />Change in Permit Acreage: 0.00
