Names and Locations of Structures to be Augmented: <br /> 3.1 Dunn Site: Located in the NEI/4 of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 67W <br /> and the SWI/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 5 North, Range 67W of the <br /> 6th P.M., Weld County, as shown on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> 4. Description of Depletions to be Augmented: <br /> 4.1 Evaporation: Evaporation from surface of exposed groundwater in unlined gravel <br /> pits at the Dunn Site. The total exposed surface area of unlined pits will be <br /> approximately 75.9 acres. Net evaporation will consume approximately 199.62 <br /> acre-feet per year. The amount of net evaporation to be augmented at the gravel <br /> pits within the approximately 75.9 acres of total exposed surface area may be <br /> further revised without amendment. <br /> 4.2 Additional uses: Water consumption from gravel and rock mining, gravel washing <br /> and processing and related activities, commercial, industrial, irrigation, <br /> reclamation, piscatorial, fishing, fish culture and propagation, stock watering, <br /> wildlife, aesthetic, recreation, and fire protection uses. Irrigation consists of pre- <br /> mining irrigation, which continues on portions of the property as mining expands, <br /> and post-mining irrigation, which may be part of the reclamation plans, or in <br /> connection with non-mining use of the land. Portions of the property may be <br /> developed for other uses during or after mining. The additional uses will <br /> consume approximately 5.89 acre-feet per year. <br /> 4.3 Annual depletions to be augmented are estimated to be up to approximately <br /> 205.51 acre-feet. Depletions are to the Big Thompson River. <br /> 5. Sources of Augmentation Water(may be by first use or use of return flow from a prior <br /> use): <br /> 5.1 3.0 shares of the Consolidated Hillsborough Ditch Company changed in the <br /> 09CW105 Decree ("Hillsborough Shares"). The Hillsborough Shares shall be <br /> used according to the quantified historical consumptive use,volumetric limits, <br /> return flow obligations and other conditions for the change of water rights <br /> approved in the 09CW105 Decree. The water rights of the Consolidated <br /> Hillsborough Ditch Company are described as follows: <br /> 5.1.1 Previous Decrees: Water rights were decreed in District Court, Boulder <br /> County, on May 28, 1883 as follows: <br />
