Exhibit D
Reclamation plan
The Reclamation plan is to backfill the affected area with as much fill
material, imported from another mine sight, as needed to be
compatible with the surrounding area and to obtain a 3:1 slope, then
coat the effected area with 3-4 inches of topsoil using an excavator as
to not disturb any more vegetation as possible, prior to mining the
vegetation was separated and is stored around the perimeter of the
site, that vegetation will be pulled back across the fill area using an
excavator to aid in getting re growth of the original vegetation.
Additional seeding will be done with an ATV and a broadcast seeder, at
a rate 2 times greater than if it was drilled. (See attachment Exhibit D
attachment A) for seed mixture. Also, winter wheat seed will be added
with the grass seed to get a quicker protective stand.
After seeding a mixture of fertilizer will be applied (See attachment
Exhibit D attachment B) using a broadcast spreader at the rate listed in
the attachment B.
After all seeding and fertilizing is completed, we will water the
planted/reclaimed area with a water truck to speed up the growth
process.
