Listed below are the monthly releases Fort
Lupton has made to date and will make for the lease period (March 2024— February 2025).These
releases include transit losses for potential releases from the Perry Pit Reservoir, which is the farthest
water source from the Bennett Pit point of depletion. If Fort Lupton utilizes Windy Gap wholly
consumable effluent, the transit losses will be less than the amount calculated in the total monthly
obligation listed below such that the releases will always be equal to or greater than the listed monthly
obligation. Releases of either Perry Pit Reservoir water or Windy Gap wholly consumable effluent in the
amounts listed below have and will continue to be reported in Fort Lupton's 03CW119 Decree
Accounting on a monthly basis. The amounts below include the transit loss from the Perry Pit Reservoir.
Month Monthly Augmentation Replacement from Fort Lupton (ac-ft)
Mar-24 1.4
Apr-24 1.7
May-24 2.1
June-24 2.4
Ju I-24 2.8
Aug-24 2.8
Sept-24 2.3
Oct-24 2.1
Nov-24 1.7
Dec-24 1.5
Jan-25 1.4
Feb-25 1.2
Annual Total 23.4
Fort Lupton will make the above releases as listed above and credit them to NCC/Bennett Pit.
