<br /> as LINDA K. KURTZER, TRUSTEE OF the STEVEN KURTZER CHILDREN'S TRUST, of the
<br /> first part, and ROGER W. FALK and BETH A. FALK, whose legal address is 7117

<br /> WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
<br /> the sum of other valuable consideration and Ten Dollars, to the said party of
<br /> the first part, in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
<br /> sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and

<br /> and so long thereafter as oil, gas or other minerals are being
<br /> produced in paying quantities from the property;
<br /> Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
<br /> remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the
<br /> estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party
<br /> of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above-bargained
<br /> premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
<br /> said premises above bargained and described, with the appurtenances, unto the
<br /> said parties of the second part, their successors and assigns forever, subject
<br /> to taxes for the year 2006, due and payable in 2007; and thereafter: rights and
<br /> liabilities that go with inclusion of the subject premises within the
<br /> boundaries of special taxing districts, if any; rights of way and easements in
<br /> existence or as shown of record; rights of parties in possession; zoning,
<br /> subdivision regulations or other similar limitations pertaining to the premises
<br /> or the use thereof; oil, gas and other mineral conveyances, reservations,
<br /> leases and assignments of record, if any; and restrictions or limitations, if
<br /> any, contained in the U. S. Patent.
