Aggregate Div <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-1) <br /> Acreage Reduction <br /> <br />Please be advised that on March 11, 2024, Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc. Aggregate Div, whose <br />address and telephone number are 9075 WCR 10, Fort Lupton, CO 80621; (303) 857-1754, filed an <br />application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 1) to M2001107, NCCI Pit #1, which is located <br />approximately 0 miles of Fort Lupton, Section 24, Township 2N, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Weld County. <br /> <br />NCC is requesting an acreage release of the water storage cell. The compacted clay liner was approved by <br />the Division of Water Resources on November 30, 2023. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for May 10, 2024. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Brock F. Bowles at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8142. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
