Also proposed are significant updates to the site, <br /> and the permit including the Environmental Protection Plan. <br /> The application decision is scheduled for May 8,2024. Written comments or objections to the application <br /> may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Lucas J.West at the Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver,CO 80203,by telephone at(303) 866-3567 x <br /> 8187. <br /> Union Milling Company,LLC is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks.
