As
the heavy civil earthwork is being completed we are asking to release a partial bond amount. On site
calculations show$6,805,607 of work remaining to complete the site work.
Our prism data assures the DRMS that our release is based on reduced risk of any further slide in the
quarry. We are not asking for a reduction in vegetation in this request. The test plot and initial seeding
will not be ready for any evaluation until this spring and fall.
The final planned areas of cut and fill are complete and included in our request.
