mined. All gravel/ rock from the processing will be stock piled next to dirt and topsoil
on each acre for reclamation in order it came out
See Exhibit A, B, C, D
K. There is a dried-up stream that runs through the 5 acres that will be mined. If for any
reason we hit water we will stop digging and back fill immediately. There is no other
surface water on the 5 acres to be disturbed. If we hit any aquifers underground
water we will stop digging and back fill immediately. Aquifers are known to be 30 ft.
or more deep we are only digging 20 ft. deep max.
See map Exhibit A, B-Topographic map
IV. Operations and Reclamation Measures
1. Pitchers will be taken and records of the progress of the mine at all times before
we disturb the ground and after the reclamation.
2. Large expanses of grassland with gently sloping dry meadow, very rough land. No
trees or shrubs. Los of cows with some deer, elk and antelope that travel through
the grasslands. See Exhibit E—Color photographs of land and tree, shrub and
grass communities
3. The Topsoil is 12 in.to 24 in. deep. It will be stockpiled on the edge of each acre
to be used for reclaiming of each acre. Then stock pile dirt next to top soil. Then
dig out sand and gravel send to wash plant for processing, after processing sand
gravel I will put back into the acre mined, the dirt will be put back on top of the
sand gravel in each pit,the top soil will be spread out on top of dirt 12 to 24
inches deep sloped to same grade no less than 2 percent grade,I will leave top
soil rough so that seeding will take. I will then spread seeds all over top soil, see
Exhibit c
4. N/A there will be no drill holes on 5 acres
5. Reclamation will be as followed. Sand and gravel after being processed will be
returned to the cut and spread out evenly at the bottom of the acre, then push
the stock piled dirt into the one acre cut evenly spread out. Then push the topsoil
over the top of dirt and spread 12 to 24in deep and rough up for good seeding
and regrowth. The top surface will be graded to match surrounding area. The
pond will be reclaimed by digging out pond liner completely and then reclaim the
same as above. All water in the pond will be filtered and put into the dry up
