Wind Data <br /> . Wind data was sourced from Colorado State University's Colorado Agricultural Meteorological <br /> Network (CoAgMET) Westcliffe station, located about 2 miles NW of Westcliffe at an elevation <br /> of 7734 feet and-6 miles W-NW of the permit area. Data is collected with a R.M. Young Wind <br /> Sentry with a sensor height of 2 meters. Data was recorded from January 1, 2018 to August 22, <br /> 2022 on a 5-minute interval. Table 10 shows quarterly average wind gust speed and annual <br /> average wind gust speed.
