Surety Release Request (SL-1) Full/Final Release Please be advised that on January 30, 2024, Gold Eagle Mining, Inc., whose address and telephone number are P.O. Box 3007, Montrose, CO 81402; (970) 596-2425, filed an application for a/an Surety Release Request (SL- 1) to M1978311, Hawkeye Mine, which is located approximately 0 miles of LF.nearest_town, Section 32, Township 44N, Range 18W, 10th Principle Meridian, in San Miguel County. The Operator has requested final release of the entire Permitted Area based on the successful completion of reclamation. The application decision is scheduled for April 1, 2024.
