The application was submitted by Moffat County Mining,LLC on <br /> March 3,2023 for the Williams Fork Mines. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b)of the Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are providing notice of <br /> this proposed decision. <br /> Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal <br /> hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of date following the first publication of <br /> the public notice by the Division in the CO Mountain News Media - Craig Daily Press. <br /> The underground mine is located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Craig,Colorado. The permit area is <br /> further described as follows: <br /> All or portions of Sections 4,5, 6 and 8,T5N, R91W;part of Section 1,T5N,R92W; Sections 16, 17, 19, <br /> 20,21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33,T6N,R91W;portions of Sections 25,26, 35 and 36,T6N, R92W; 6th <br /> Prime Meridian. <br /> Copies of the renewal application are available for public review at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder, <br /> 221 W Victory Way,Craig,CO 81625.
