Since this <br /> is a Reclamation Only permit where reclamation is completed on nearly 90% of the <br /> permit area and that only final seeding is left to be completed on the remaining <br /> 10%, the impacts to wildlife will be minimal. The remaining reclamation activities <br /> at the mine will take less than one week to complete and then all activity at the <br /> mine will cease. <br /> Additional information: <br /> Response to Tom Barenberg's email comment dated 1/18/2024 <br /> Upon approval of this amendment and permit issuance final grading and seeding will <br /> be completed this year.
