Wein <br /> <br />RE: Apex Lode - File No. M-2014-011, Strong Mining Company <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-2) <br /> Full/Final Release <br /> <br />Please be advised that on January 25, 2024, Strong Mining Company, whose address and telephone number <br />are 1505 East 12th Street, Rifle, CO 81650; (970) 625-0777, filed an application for a/an Surety Release <br />Request (SL- 2) to M2014011, Apex Lode, which is located approximately 4 miles North of Glenwood <br />springs, Section 7, Township 5S, Range 88W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Garfield County. <br /> <br />Strong Mining Company requested the full and final release for the Apex Lode. Strong Mining Company <br />has completed all phases of the reclamation plan within the 3.0 acre permit area and outlined in the M-2014- <br />011 permit reclamation plan. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for March 25, 2024. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Clayton C. Wein at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8185. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
