Czapla <br /> <br />RE: Incas Mine - File No. M-1986-076, Mayday Livery LLC <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> <br /> <br />Please be advised that on January 23, 2024, Mayday Livery LLC, whose address and telephone number are <br />4432 CR 124, Hesperus, CO 81326; (970) 749-8100, filed an application for a/an Surety Release Request <br />(SL- 1) to M1986076, Incas Mine, which is located approximately 5 miles Northwest of Hesperus, Section <br />22, Township 36N, Range 11W, 10th Principle Meridian, in La Plata County. <br /> <br />Final reclamation has been completed. The operator is requesting release from further reclamation <br />responsibility. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for March 25, 2024. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Dustin M. Czapla at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8188. <br /> <br />Mayday Livery LLC is required to publish a public notice once in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the proposed release, <br />they must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the review <br />process by the Division. You should contact the operator for the newspaper publication date. If we do not <br />receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume <br />you have no objection or comment to the proposed release. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
