Engineering Evaluation Report <br /> Fremont Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc. <br /> January 2024 <br /> Introduction / General <br /> This Fremont Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc. site is located 20-minles east of Pueblo, <br /> Colorado and 1.2-miles south of Boone, Colorado between <br /> Colorado Hwy 50 and the Arkansas River. Refer to Exhibit 1. The site is made <br /> up of ten (10) lots totaling 365.05-acres, which includes the following Pueblo <br /> County Parcels: <br /> • 1108000011 30.20-acres <br /> • 1117000021 111.03-acres <br /> • 1117000004 37.80-acres <br /> • 1117000022 26.57-acres <br /> • 1118000032 15.29-acres <br /> • 1117000023 12.63-acres <br /> • 1117000003 80.00-acres <br /> • 1117000002 40.00-acres <br /> • 1117000017 10.00-acres <br /> • 1118000018 1.03-acres <br /> The purpose of this evaluation is to verify that off-site structures within 200-feet of <br /> the site will not be damaged by activities occurring on site. <br /> Off-site Structures in Question <br /> There are fourteen structures within 200-feet of the site, of which six of the <br /> property owners provided signed structure agreements. Therefore, the remaining <br /> eight were evaluated within this report. Refer to Exhibit 2. These structures and <br /> associated property owners are discussed below. <br /> I <br />
