The application was submitted by Moffat County Mining,LLC on March <br /> 3, 2023 for the Williams Fork Mines. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of <br /> the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are providing notice of this proposed <br /> decision. <br /> Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal <br /> hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the date following the first publication <br /> of the public notice by the Division in the CO Mountain News Media - Craig Daily Press. <br /> The underground mine is located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Craig, Colorado. The permit area is <br /> further described as follows: <br /> All or portions of Sections 4,5,6 and 8,T5N,R91W;part of Section 1,T5N,R92W;Sections 16, 17, 19,20, <br /> 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, T6N, R91W; portions of Sections 25, 26, 35 and 36, T6N, R92W; 6th Prime <br /> Meridian. <br /> Copies of the renewal application are available for public review at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder, <br /> 221 W Victory Way,Craig,CO 81625.
