Lack of <br /> clarity has been an issue. My intention was to begin reclamation in November,which would have <br /> given me plenty of time to complete the reclamation. It was told,that I would need BLM approval <br /> even though 2 out of the 3 permits were on deeded land, not BLM. I attempted to contact BLM and <br /> no response was received.After meeting DRMS, DOE and BLM,the situation was clarified, but I was <br /> up against to January 1 through March 15 BLM wildlife protection window, even though I am the <br /> surface rights owner on 2 of the 3 permits. <br /> Reclamation of the Hawkeye M-1977-248 has been completed and released. <br /> Resp (7,submitted, <br /> Don Coram <br /> President <br /> Gold Eagle Ming, Inc. <br />
