Scott <br /> <br />RE: The Shores - File No. M-1998 -013, BURNCO Colorado, LLC <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR -1) <br /> Acreage Reduction for unmined permit area (area from AM3) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on January 16, 2024, BURNCO Colorado, LLC, whose address and telephone <br />number are 10100 Dallas St, Henderson, CO 80640; (720) 215-2202, filed an application for a/an Acreage <br />Release Request (AR - 1) to M1998013, The Shores, which is located approximately 3 miles North of <br />Firestone, Section 1, Township 2N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />Release of Permit Area incorporated under AM3 prior to mining activity. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for March 18, 2024. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Eric C. Scott at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8140. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
