Box 1908, Sterling, CO 80751; (970) 522-3647, filed an application for a Surety Release <br />Request (SL-1) to M2007013, Bollish Pit #2, which is located approximately 5.8 miles northwest of <br />Sterling, CO, Section 30, Township 9N, Range 52W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Logan County. <br /> <br />The Operator is requesting a full/final release of 40.32 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for March 8, 2024. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 866-3567 x <br />8126. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
