A Certificate of Good Standing will be required <br /> to process the Agreement. <br /> If Federal funds are utilized for this project, the contract cannot be awarded to a <br /> contractor which has been disbarred or suspended or is otherwise excluded from or <br /> ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs.
