TASK 4.0 DEBRIS/EQUIPMENT REMOVAL <br /> Numerous tools, fuel, batteries and equipment, including portable generators, remain on <br /> site. Contractor will remove all debris and equipment, as specified by the PROJECT <br /> MANAGER and dispose of materials in an authorized waste disposal facility. All fuel and <br /> other fluids will be extracted from the generators prior to removing them. Fuel and other <br /> fluids will be removed from the site in leak-proof receptacles and disposed of in an <br /> authorized waste disposal facility. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Payment for TASK 4.0 shall be reflected in a lump sum quote price under TASK 4.0 on <br /> the Bid Schedule. Payment shall include all the CONTRACTOR'S expenses for <br /> mobilization of equipment to the site, transportation of the equipment within the project <br /> area, employee time, labor and materials necessary to accomplish the requirements of <br /> this item, compliance with the conditions and requirements described in this item <br /> description, and final clean-up of the work place. <br /> MASON MINE <br /> TASK 5.0 REVEGETATION OF MASON MINE <br /> The waste pile associated with the Mason Mine will be seeded with a native seed mix. <br /> Seed will be hand broadcast and incorporated by hand. The estimated total area to be <br /> revegetated is six hundred square feet (600 sf.). Seed will be provided by PROJECT <br /> MANAGER. CONTRACTOR will supply the labor and equipment necessary for <br /> completion of this Task in accordance with Section 20.0, of the General Bid <br /> Specifications 2009. Mulch and fertilizer are NOT required. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Payment for TASK 5.0 shall be reflected in a lump sum quote price under TASK 5.0 on <br /> the Bid Schedule.
