On November 12, <br /> 2021 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board revoked the Rudibaugh Pit Permit <br /> and forfeited the financial warranty. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> used the bond money to reclaim the site in 2023.
