Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, CO 80521; (970) 227-4041, filed an application for a/an <br />Acreage Release Request (AR- 3) to M1986159, Cortner Pit, which is located approximately 3 miles <br />Southwest of Vineland, Section 24, Township 21S, Range 64W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Pueblo County. <br /> <br />AR3 submitted on 12/22/2023, the request is complete and notice of completeness sent on 12/27/2023. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for February 26, 2024. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Jocelyn L. Carter at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8110. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
