The New Horizon North Mine has a minor revision (MR-36)that is updating the resident agent for the mine. I
would like to request an AVS check for the mine. I have attached the AVS Request Form, Current Ownership and
Control Information and the new revised page (P.2.03-4). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions
or concerns. I deemed the application for the revision complete today. The due date for the revision's decision is
set for December 24, 2023.
