3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> Topsoil depth is estimated to range from zero to 12 inches locally. Where present, <br /> topsoil will be salvaged and stockpiled adjacent o drin pads and roads. Once drill pads <br /> and roads are re-contoured and scarified, the salvaged topsoil will be redistributed over <br /> the final graded areas. For reclamation purposes, it is assumed that 4 to 6 inches of <br /> 4.
