Box 700, Henderson, CO 80640-0700; (303) 289-1837, filed an application for a Surety <br />Reduction Request (SR- 2) to M1977526, Worthing Pit, which is located approximately 0.5 miles southwest <br />of Brighton, Section 26, Township 1S, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Adams County. <br /> <br />Final fill, grading and seeding is completed. The Operator is requesting a Surety Reduction from $230,500 <br />to $42,240. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for January 26, 2024. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie C.
