Exhibit M - OTHER PERMIT AND LICENSES <br /> 1. An Air Pollution permit will be obtained for the mine operation if needed. Mining has ended and <br /> the area reclaimed except for a small section needing additional reseeding. <br /> 2. Pueblo County issued a Special Use Permit#573 on December 10, 1985 for this mine. <br /> 3. This is an open pit operation where ground water will not be exposed. A substitute water supply <br /> plan (SWSP) is not needed. Stormwater that accumulates after a storm event is release within 72 <br /> hours of the end of the storm. <br /> 4. A dredge fill permit(404) is not required at this time because waters of the U.S. will not be <br /> impacted. <br /> 5. CDPHE Permit#COG-501801 (formerly COR-341031),from the COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF <br /> HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT-WATER QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION, is in place to cover any <br /> stormwater discharges.
