<br /> Mines, Inc., a Colorado corporation, in the case captioned Mercuria Investments, Inc. v.
<br /> Ouray Silver Mines, Inc., Ouray County District Court Case No. 2022CV30006, and not in
<br /> Alliance's private corporate capacity, with addresses of Ouray Silver Mines, Inc., P.O. Box
<br /> 564, Ouray, CO 81427, and Alliance Management, LLC, 6312 S. Fiddlers Green Circle, Suite
<br /> 300E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 ("Grantor") and FAFO HOLDINGS, LLC, a limited
<br /> liability company formed under the laws of the State of Nevada,401 Ryland St., STE 200-A, Reno,NV,
<br /> 89502("Grantee"):
<br /> WITNESSETH,that Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars($10.00)
<br /> and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant,
<br /> bargain,sel 1,convey and confirm,unto Grantee,its successors and assigns forever,all of Grantor's
<br /> right,title,and interest in and to certain real property,together with improvements,if any,situate,
<br /> lying and being in the County of San Miguel and the City and County of Ouray, State of
