<br /> Alliance's private corporate capacity, with addresses of Ouray Silver Mines, Inc., P.O. Box
<br /> 564, Ouray, CO 81427, and Alliance Management, LLC, 6312 S. Fiddlers Green Circle, Suite
<br /> 300E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 ("Grantor") and Fafo Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited
<br /> liability company, whose address is 401 Ryland Street,Suite 200-A,Reno,NV,89502 ("Grantee"):
<br /> WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
<br /> ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all of
<br /> Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to certain real property, together with improvements, if
<br /> any, situate, lying and being in the City and County of Ouray and the County of San Miguel,
