BRS, Inc.
1130 Major Ave. BR51
Riverton,WY 82501
ENGINEERING
E-mail:brs@brsengineering.com
307 857-3079 Fax:307 857-3080
October 16, 2023
Bridget Wade
Tres Rios Field Office
Bureau of Land Management
161 Burnett Drive—Unit 4
Durango, CO 81301
Via Email and USPS
RE: Slick Rock NOI
Ms. Wade,
Please find enclosed a Notice of Intent for the Slick Rock Project. This is a uranium/vanadium
exploration drilling project consisting of 3809 Notice Level activity, scheduled to take place early next
year. The exploration area is within the administrative boundaries of the BLM Tres Rios Field Office.
The mineral property we intend to explore is held by Highbury Resources, who is the operator for the
project. Scott Pottorff is the contact person for Highbury Resources, as outlined in the NOI.
The NOI document follows the format provided by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and
Safety. We are awaiting guidance from the division to provide a reclamation bond estimate. The
disturbance acreage totals 0.46 acres for drill pads. In total we plan to complete 20 mud rotary drill
holes with average depths of 1,200 feet for up to 24,000 feet of total drilling. Drill hole diameters will
range from 4.5 inches to 6 inches. No new roads or road repairs are anticipated to access the drill hole
locations.
The sites are readily accessible from two-track roads. Please note that 27 drill holes are indicated on the
map, however only 20 of those holes are intended to be drilled under this NOI.
Included in Appendix B is a Rare Plant& Wildlife Survey Report prepared by Peak Ecological Services,
LLC in September of 2023.
Please let us know how you wish to proceed.
Thank You,
41e
Alex Kreile, PG
Project Geologist, BRS Inc.
