The <br /> previous 6 quarters of such data is included in this submittal (and shown below in this exhibit). Stream <br /> standards as determined by the Water Quality Control Commission have been maintained since 2016, <br /> including importantly the Stipulation of zinc standards at 280 ug/L in South Mosquito Creek which is a <br /> binding agreement between the State and the landowner under the Order. <br /> Rule 6.4.21(12): <br /> CDPS Permit No. C00038334 has been in place since 2004, and was updated in September 2019. <br /> Rule 6.4.21(13). <br /> Water Balance: the Site water balance is unique in that the basin drainage is missing about 7 CFS of <br /> tributary water flow. That water is currently going out of the basin by diversion of non-tributary water <br /> blocked by the Salvator and London Faults,and is flowing to another river basin. <br /> This water balance was peer reviewed in 1974 under the Woodward Clevenger Report adopted by the <br /> Water Court,and is summarized in the submission to CDWR(2017) here: <br />
